  • FIXED will charge a small fee to schedule your appointment. This is so that FIXED can prioritize customers truly needing immediate services. If you move forward with the estimate, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the cost of your service.

  • We have been in the contracting business for 30 years in Erie, and our customers say the same thing over and over. We need help with small services (under 4 hours). This is exactly the type of work that FIXED does... small home services that contractors don't want to do. The reason that contractors do not get back to people on services, is because they cannot afford to give free estimates, without a guarantee of getting the work, and still cover their costs. They simply cannot survive making a living at it, so they only focus on larger jobs that are "worth their time".

    Demand is SO high for small home services, so FIXED must vet its customers, by prioritizing people who are serious and truly want to get the service completed as soon as possible. Thus, the $100 fee ensures a mutually beneficial experience for both the technician and the customer. It benefits the customer to have a professionally vetted, safe technician come to their home, according to their schedule. The technician will diagnose their problem and give them an estimate, with the intention of completing their job during their appointment, if they wish to proceed. They will not have to wait for someone not to call them back or deal with no shows.

  • Once you schedule your appointment, FIXED will reach out to you and ask a few questions to help your technician be as prepared as possible on the day of your service. If you approve the estimate, your FIXED technician will be prepared to do your service on the day of your appointment.

  • You will receive real-time updates through the FIXED app, notifying you when your technician will arrive.

    The FIXED technician will come to your home in a branded FIXED vehicle and be dressed professionally in FIXED clothing.

  • Your FIXED technician will provide you with a digital estimate after service diagnosis. If you wish to proceed, you will simply sign the estimate. FIXED’s goal is to complete your service IMMEDIATELY while in your home.

  • Once the work is completed and you are satisfied, all digital paperwork will be added to your account and you will have the opportunity to rate your technician and review your service. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!

  • The FIXED app has been designed to help people with the small home services that they have not been able to get help with. After a customer books their appointment, the app asks a series of questions to help the tech be as prepared as possible to complete the service on the day of the appointment.
