Locate the “Refer a Friend” page in the menu of the Fixed web or mobile apps and enter your friend’s email address.
You and your friend each earn 2000 points ($20.00 worth) after the referee’s first completed service (your friend must sign up using the email you entered)

Redeem up to 1,000 points ($100) toward a future FIXED service
After a tech gives your estimate, you can choose to apply your Bonus Bank
Redeem through the in-app chat or during your visit
Technicians will see your loyalty level and Bonus Bank in their system
You can redeem at the time of estimate—just ask!
Bonus Bank is non-transferable and has no cash value
Points can only be used for FIXED services
