Service Structure
Services are delivered based on the total dollar value of the package purchased
Each service visit deducts from the customer’s remaining balance based on the value of services performed
Minimum & Maximum Per Visit
Minimum service appointment: 2 hours per visit
Maximum service appointment: 8 hours per visit
Materials
Customers may supply materials, or FIXED can source them on the customer's behalf.
Scheduling & Access
Appointments are scheduled in advance based on availability
Customers are responsible for providing access to the work areas
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for advance notice if a customer needs to reschedule an appointment
Unused Value
Any unused balance remains available for future use and the block balance does NOT expire
Value is non-transferable and has no cash value
Limitations
FIXED is not responsible for delays due to materials, unforeseen conditions, or factors outside of its control
Services may be declined at FIXED’s discretion for safety or feasibility/job scope reasons
Blocks may only be used at one service address
Cannot be combined with other FIXED promotions or gift cards -exclusions may apply
