Service Structure

FIXED Advantage is a prepaid service package that allows customers to purchase service value in advance and use it toward eligible handyman and maintenance services at a single property address.

Balance Usage

Service visits reduce the remaining balance based on the value of services performed. Customers can view their remaining balance through their FIXED HHS customer profile.

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and project requirements. Customers are responsible for providing access to the work areas needed to complete services.

Materials

Customers may provide materials, or FIXED may source materials on the customer's behalf. Material costs will be applied to the Advantage balance unless otherwise specified.

Unused Balance

Unused balance does not expire and remains available for future eligible services at the registered service address. Advantage balances are non-transferable and have no cash redemption value.

Rescheduling

Customers should provide advance notice if they need to reschedule an appointment. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may impact scheduling priority.

Service Limitations

Services are subject to technician availability, safety requirements, feasibility, and scope review. FIXED reserves the right to decline work that falls outside service capabilities or presents safety concerns.

Property Restrictions

Advantage balances may only be used at the original service address associated with the account.

Promotions

FIXED Advantage cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, gift cards, or special programs unless specifically stated by FIXED.

Changes to Program

FIXED reserves the right to modify program terms, package offerings, and service policies as needed.
